El turismo rural es uno de los sectores más propicios a la experimentación tecnológica, sobre todo para la administración. Red.es, entidad dependiente de Ministerio de Industria, Turismo y Comercio, ha llegado a un acuerdo de colaboración con Segittur para definir y desarrollar un proyecto piloto que “demuestre la utilidad de las Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación en la mejora de la gestión de hoteles y casas rurales”, según un comunicado de ambas entidades.
